Based in Tokyo, Kenta Kasai is a member of Egon Zehnder’s CEO Search & Succession, Executive Assessment & Development, and Leadership Advisory practices. He is passionate about leveraging his deep coaching and consulting experience to help executives unlock their true potential and support companies across the private, public, and social sectors in achieving greater liquidity and productivity. Kenta is also active in the Firm’s Industrial and Public & Social Sector practices.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Kenta was an Associate at McKinsey & Co., where he mainly helped industrial companies restructure their organizations and get costs under control. Prior to that, he was with Mitsui & Co. Ltd. as a global sales manager for petrochemical commodities while helping subsidiaries optimize their business strategies.
Kenta earned a Bachelor of Law from Keio University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. In his free time, he provides pro bono career counseling to junior high school students and young businesspeople and enjoys spending time with his wife and son, running, and engaging in outdoor activities.

大学卒業後、三井物産株式会社に入社、石油化学製品のグローバルトレーディングに携わる。その後、マッキンゼーアンドカンパニー日本支社に転じ、主に製造業や小売企業に対する戦略立案や組織変革プロジェクトに従事。
慶應義塾大学法学部卒業、Northwestern University Kellogg school of Management にてMBA取得
