Johnny Song works on succession planning and management assessment for clients in Greater China. Based in Shanghai, he is active in Egon Zehnder’s Chief Marketing Officers Practice.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Johnny was a Hong Kong-based General Manager at Abbott Laboratories and was responsible for the infant and medical nutrition business. He began his career in marketing at Unilever in China before becoming an executive at General Mills. Johnny also has extensive experience in the luxury retail and Sino-foreign joint venture sectors.
Johnny has a BSc in electrical engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, in China, and an MBA from the University of Technology Sydney, in Australia. When not working, he enjoys traveling and practicing tai chi.

加入亿康先达之前，宋伟群担任雅培香港公司总经理，负责发展雅培的婴幼儿营养品与医学营养品业务。他的职业生涯起步于联合利华中国公司的营销职务，接着在通用磨坊担任高管。宋伟群还在奢侈品零售和中外合资企业管理领域积累了深入经验。
宋伟群是澳大利亚悉尼科技大学MBA、上海交通大学电气工程学士。闲暇时，他喜欢旅游和打太极拳。
