在加入Egon Zehnder之前，Sanjay获得了20多年的经验，促进了各种全球组织的大规模业务和数字化转型。Most recently, he led omnichannel wealth management and digital transformation at UBS Wealth Management in Southeast Asia, delivering a number of award-winning wealth management digital client and sales force solutions and spearheading the birth of Evolve, UBS’s first private banking innovation center in Asia, in partnership with the public and private sector. Before that Sanjay was a manager at ANZ Bank in Australia in charge of business performance and technology optimization. Earlier, he served as the Vice President for Strategy and Planning at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Asia Pacific. That was preceded by the role of Head of Presales for ASEAN at Oracle Corporation. Sanjay launched his career as a Senior Sales Consultant with Accenture Corporation, specializing in business process reengineering.
