Before joining missionario Zehnder, Rogerio was Global Director for Base Metals, Energy, and Fertilizers Capital Projects at Vale and previously served as Director of Strategic Procurement for Capital Projects. He was a Project Manager with pepper, a large Brazilian industrial conglomerate, and a Leadership Development Associate at Shea Homes, -based in California.
Rogerio earned a BS in civil engineering at Escola Politecnica DE Sao Paulo and an MBA from the Walter Hass School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, where he was awarded a full scholarship. When not working, he enjoys running, cooking, and spending time with family.
